]]> We created an entirely new and modern design, touched up the logo, added a WordPress back-end, and used WooCommerce for managing the products. Our biggest challenge was designing an intuitive user-interface for products that required measurement inputs from the customer. Now, Misty & Mark at Standout have orders rolling in without having to collect measurement and custom option info manually from the customer by email or phone!

]]> The Black Cowboy is an upcoming documentary that tells the story of our nations black cowboys. This project was beyond eye-opening, and we are so excited to be able to help share more of our country’s rich history.

Just like the documentary covers the past and the present, we put a modern spin on the old western style. We gave this single-page website a smooth parallax scrolling effect to show off its strong imagery.

]]> We leveraged the fact that Adam’s website was built on WordPress and created a WordPress Plugin to handle all of the Tech Name Analysis.  We also created a dashboard for Adam so he can tweak the tool’s settings as he sees fit.

We made a few updates to the theme and the Tech Name Grader was born!

Beyond the Grading feature, Rewind & Capture is stacked with amazing, user-friendly content.  Make sure you check out the ‘Naming Guide’, and the ‘How Brands Got Their Names’ sections.

Don’t worry!  We didn’t forget to optimize for Search Engines, and set up Google Analytics to gain valuable data on how visitors are using the site.

]]> This project took us to the other side of the country with Columbia University’s Millstein Law Center in New York. While the website and database are now used internally at Columbia, and is maintained by their own crew of developers, we were contracted to create the initial JavaScript engine that presented large amounts of SEC filing data in a graphical manner using the Google Charts, and High Charts JS charting libraries.

The video on the left is a presentation of the website in it’s current form by Professor Robert Jackson, who was tasked with “an ambitious project to collect and present governance data on institutional investors and corporations”.

]]> We created a dark, gallery-like feel, with minimal page elements in order to feature the photographs without distraction. The bold, yet elegant branding provides insight into the photographers attention to detail, confidence, and gentle touch with her subjects.

Our favorite feature is the hover effect over the home-page and gallery-page photos that bring the black-and-white images to life with color.
